Michelle Meadows – NJCAA 

Michelle Meadows is nearing the four-year mark of serving the NJCAA, currently as Senior Vice President – COO & CFO. Meadows manages and leads budget operations for all NJCAA entities, assists the three National Office divisions to execute the association's five-year strategic plan, and oversees day-to-day National Office operations. 

Since joining the NJCAA, Meadows has drastically improved the financial accuracy of the organization's records and ensured the association received clean audit reports.  

"I am proud of the diligent work and expertise that Ms. Meadows has shown to position us in solid financial footing," NJCAA President & CEO, Dr. Christopher Parker, shared. I congratulate and thank her for these constant efforts to make us better."
