NJCAA Announces New Partnership with Perry Weather
Charlotte, NC – The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) has announced a new partnership with Perry Weather, a weather monitoring system to protect college and professional athletes. "Partnering with the NJCAA reinforces our shared commitment to advancing weather safety across collegiate athletics," said Colin Perry, Founder and CEO of Perry Weather. "Together, we're focused on equipping colleges with innovative heat-safety tools, real-time weather monitoring, and educational resources that empower athletic programs to make confident, informed decisions. By combining the NJCAA's leadership with Perry Weather's technology, schools nationwide will be better prepared to protect student-athletes, coaches, officials, and their communities from the risks of heat and severe weather."
The integrated weather monitoring platform delivers real-time lightning detection with an automated all-clear timer, on-site Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) monitoring for heat stress, air quality readings, 24/7 personalized meteorologist support, and much more.
