Bid Deadline

• Deadline to submit a bid is September 1, 2016

Suggested Host Rights Fees

• The suggested (not required) financial guarantee to the NJCAA for hosting this event is $5,000/per year.

Participant Data

• The NJCAA Division II Softball Championship features over 16 teams and approximately 320 participants (coaches and student-athletes) from NJCAA member colleges.
• The average length of stay for teams at the 2015 event was 4.57 nights.
• The 2015 event resulted in 699 local hotel room nights generated by participating teams (parents, fans not included)
• The 2015 event resulted in $180,846 spent in the local community by participating teams (parents, fans not included)
