What is the most rewarding part of your job with the NJCAA and why?
Seeing student-athletes and other individuals grow. Regardless if you are a first season student-athlete or a first year AD or Region Director, the growth which occurs during their years in the NJCAA is great to see.
Why do you recommend NJCAA schools to potential student-athletes?
The NJCAA is so diverse, there is a place for everyone. If an individual wants to participate in intercollegiate athletics there is a place for them somewhere in the NJCAA.
What excites you the most about the NJCAA and why?
OPPORTUNITY! The NJCAA offers opportunities to student-athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, administrators, etc. The NJCAA is a great place to start a career or to make a career.
What is your favorite sport?
I love all sports. College football is at the top of the list with baseball a very close second.
