Tuscaloosa (AL) Selected to Host 2026, 2027, and 2028 NJCAA DII Women’s Golf Championships
Charlotte, NC – The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) announced today the DII Women's Golf Championship is coming to Tuscaloosa, Alabama beginning May of 2026 and will be held each year though 2028 at Ol' Colony Golf Course.

We are excited to welcome the players, coaches, and families as Tuscaloosa becomes home to this championship for the next three years", stated Robins Bonner, Senior Sport Sales and Event Development Manager for Visit Tuscaloosa.
Ol' Colony Golf Course is a Jerry Pate designed 18-hole championship golf course with 25 acres of lakes that come into play on several holes. The course was the host of the Tuscaloosa Toyota Classic Golf Tournament which was on the Epson Tour schedule from 2022 to 2024. The Alabama Crimson Tide golf teams, home course was Ol' Colony until a new on campus facility was opened in 2024. The course, which opened in 2000, was designed by former Crimson Tide golfer Jerry Pate. The course is a 7,544-yard par 72, which includes the state-of-the-art Jerry Pate Practice Center dedicated to the Crimson Tide golf teams. The golf course has hosted numerous high school and college events including NJCAA Region and District events.
