Swan Lake, IN awarded 2019, 2021 DII gold tournament
Joplin, MO will serve as host in 2020
Colorado Springs, CO – Swan Lake, IN was awarded the 2019 and 2021 NJCAA DII Men’s Golf National Championship. Joplin, MO was selected as the host site in 2020.
Chad Hutsell, Director of Golf at Swan Lake Resort will serve as Tournament Director in 2019 and 2020 as Swan Lake Resort plays host for the top NJCAA DII golfers. Swan Lake Resort has previously served as host in 2012, 2014, and 2016.
Craig Hull of the Joplin Sports Authority will serve as Tournament Director of the 2020 championship on the Twin Hills Golf and Country Club course. Hull spoke on behalf of the sports authority and their excitement to host. ““We are extremely excited to welcome this national championship event to Joplin. We look forward to putting on a national championship event with the best of the NJCAA Division II in attendance. The Joplin Sports Authority is proud to be a partner with the NJCAA. Over the years, Joplin has been the home of NJCAA Region 16 Championships for baseball, basketball, and softball. This is our first opportunity to host a NJCAA National Championship event."
