NJCAA Future Leaders Internship Program
"Building the future of the NJCAA today"
The NJCAA hopes to attract ambitious upper-class undergraduates and graduate students that are interested in a career in the NJCAA or intercollegiate athletics. Prospective interns will have the opportunity to apply in different categories in which they seek a future career. These may vary by semester, depending on staffing needs, but may include:
- NJCAA Administration
- NJCAA Marketing & Communications
- NJCAA Compliance
- NJCAA National Championships
- NJCAA Special Events
- NJCAA Research
- NJCAA Media
- NJCAA Development
Fast Facts: Interns will work directly with employees of the NJCAA National Office. The office is located in Charlotte, NC. Other information regarding the internship program:
- Internships will be semester-long. Some year-long opportunities may exist, but those are on a case-by-case basis.
- Interns may receive academic credit for their position with the NJCAA.
- Internships are unpaid, non-benefit positions.

Following the review of the applicants, an online/Zoom interview will be conducted. The NJCAA is committed to completing all academic paperwork necessary for students to earn academic credits.
