COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The NJCAA Division 3 Women’s Basketball Top 10 Poll is out for this week and Onondaga Community College (N.Y.) takes the top spot this week with Brookdale Community College (N.J.) at #2, and former #1 Madison Area Technical College (Wisc.) drops to #3.

After spending five straight weeks at #2, Onondaga Community College finally finds themselves in the top spot.  After two sizeable wins over Finger Lakes CC and Cayuga CC last week, the Lazers are sitting at 22-0 and looking down at the rest of the competition.  This week the Lazers will play Herkimer County CC and Corning CC this week to see if they can hold steady at #1.

Brookdale CC added three more wins to the record last week as they now sit at 18-0 this season.  With three players averaging in double figures in scoring the Jersey Blues have a tough offensive team and are only allowing opponents 48 points per game.  Brookdale will have a busy week with three games on the schedule and two of those being rematches against Camden County CC and Northampton CC.

Madison Area Technical College finds themselves this week in the #3 spot after spending eight weeks at the top of the polls.  The Wolfpack drops after losing to College of DuPage in a very low scoring affair that ended with a score of 32-30.  Madison will have three games this week in which they will try and begin their quest to regain the top spot.
