Charlotte, NC – Sophomore running back Jaylen Warren of Snow (UT) has been named the 2018 NJCAA Football Offensive Player of the Year. Warren topped the NJCAA national leaderboard in rushing yards per game during his final year in Ephraim.
A dominant rusher during his two-year tenure for the Badgers, Warren boasted his second consecutive 1,000-yard effort on the season to give him 2,451 career yards. In 2018, Warren led the nation with 159.4 yards/game while the Salt Lake City, UT native ranked second in total yards, second in yards per carry, and third in rushing touchdowns. Warren's production for the Badgers helped lead the team to an NJCAA-best 50.0 points per game while the program's 489.3 total yards per game ranked second in the nation.
