CHICAGO, IL – The Ancilla College men's basketball team fell last night 61-56 in a close contest to Prairie State College snapping a five-game win streak to open the season.  The loss drops their record to 5-1 on the season.

Coach Butcher commented, "When you commit 23 turnovers and shoot 10/23 from the free throw line you have to do a lot of other things well, and we didn't do enough of those things to win the game."
           
Top performances by Demetrius Adams (Lake Station, IN) who had 17 points, 9 rebounds and Rosey Green (South Bend, IN) added 17 points to lead the Chargers. Jacob Frazier (Niles, MI) added 10 points while Dominick Hogue (Edinburgh, IN) captured 13 rebounds.

The Chargers look to begin a new win streak as they travel to Michigan to face Delta College Saturday, December 1st.
