Panthers Sweep Weekend Games to Improve to 4-2 Overall and 2-1 in Region III
QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – Balanced scoring led the Tompkins Cortland Community College to a big lead Sunday at SUNY Adirondack in a game the Panthers held on to win 89-88. TC3 is now 4-2 overall and 2-1 in Region III.
TC3 led 44-41 at the half and then pushed it into double figures in the second half. The home team rallied late but the Panthers held on for the win. Tyseem Lyles (Health Professions H.S./Brooklyn) led the offense with 21 points and four assists. Brandon Reed (Corcoran H.S./Syracuse) had 19 points and eight rebounds, Devin Redden (St. Mary’s H.S./Buffalo) had 15 points and four assists, and Adam Park (Spencer-Van Etten H.S./Lockwood) had 12 points and seven rebounds.
TC3 is off for the Thanksgiving break. The Panthers next play at home against Herkimer County Community College on November 28.
