 November 5, 2012

DONALDSON, IN – The Ancilla College men's basketball team began their 2012-2013 season, it’s first under head coach Aaron Butcher, with an impressive victory last Thursday over Concordia Theological Seminary 116-63

Coach Butcher happily stated, "It was good to get the first win of the season.  We did some things well for our first night out, but also saw a lot of areas we need to improve if we want to reach the goals we have set. We are anxious to have a great week of practice and compete again next Thursday against Bethel."

Stand out performer Demetrius Adams (Lake Station, IN) had 23 points, 14 rebounds, and 3 blocks.  Jacob Frazier (Nile, MI) had 17 points, and 8 rebounds, while Rosey Green (South Bend, IN) added 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists.

The Chargers will host Bethel JV on November 8th with tipoff at 7p.m.
