The NJCAA Handbook & Casebook is published on a yearly basis and is available for $12.00 through the NJCAA National Office. The handbook is a comprehensive manual detailing the association's constitution & by-laws, eligibility requirements, sports procedures, national championship guidelines, and membership information. The record book is published on a yearly basis and is available for $9.00 throught the NJCAA National Office.

- All materials/ads submitted must be camera ready art. Order or preference: negative, velox (positive), line art. Halftones: 133 or 150 line screen. Negatives: one piece, right-reading emulsion. Materials/ads will be returned upon request. The NJCAA will accept an advertisement only upon receipt of a written agreement. If you choose to advertise in both the handbook & JR the appropriate discount will be negotiated.
- Invoices will be sent upon completion of the publication and are payable upon receipt.
