OFFICERS
The following time schedule will be utilized in the election process for officers within the NJCAA: January 15 The Committee chairperson must circulate a list of annual vacancies to the membership. March 15 Members of the organization desiring to become candidates for a national office must submit to the committee chairperson the following:
- Indicate office for which they are filing.
- A brief biographical sketch supporting his/her candidacy.
- A statement from their CEO indicating approval and support of their candidacy.
The President shall be elected every third year, beginning in 1990. (1999, 2002, 2005, 2008) Beginning in 1990 the term of office shall be limited to two (2) consecutive terms. The Vice-President for Women and Secretary-Treasurer for Men shall be elected every third year, beginning in 1991 (2000, 2003, 2006). Beginning in 1998 the term of office shall be limited to three (3) consecutive terms.
The Vice-President for Men and Secretary-Treasurer for Women shall be elected every third year, beginning in 1992 (2001, 2004, 2007). Beginning in 1998 the term of office shall be limited to three (3) consecutive terms.
